Important buying terms
All vehicles must be physically viewed by the buyer or an authorised representative before a sale can be completed. We do not accept online deposits or complete vehicle sales through this website.
Private customers
If you buy wholly or mainly for personal use, your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted by a vehicle being described as unprepared, trade stock, without an additional commercial warranty or by any other wording.
Genuine business buyers
Business-to-business terms apply only where the purchase is wholly or mainly for business purposes and the buyer’s business status has been verified. The specific written agreement supplied at purchase will apply.
Vehicle information
Vehicles are used and descriptions are factual rather than assessments of overall quality. Buyers should inspect the vehicle, its documents and its history before deciding. Mileage is an odometer reading unless expressly described as independently verified. MOT status is stated on each listing; a current MOT is not a mechanical guarantee.
Price and availability
The current total price shown includes the mandatory administration fee. Scheduled price reductions do not reserve a vehicle. Stock remains subject to availability until a viewing and purchase are completed.
Launch note: Have these terms and all buyer paperwork reviewed by a UK motor-trade solicitor before taking your first payment.
